Chris Busch

Chris Busch is the Founder and CEO of MSTRO, a human-first intelligence company building a new orchestration layer where human judgment and AI work together instead of competing. A visionary entrepreneur and product strategist, he has more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth data and automation ventures and complex go-to-market initiatives across federal health, civilian, and defense markets. At MSTRO, Chris is focused on reversing the current trajectory of AI, from extracting human intelligence to empowering it. MSTRO’s platform turns individual and organizational know-how into protected, monetizable intelligence, giving people and businesses their own personal or enterprise intelligence layer with private, persistent memory. He led the creation of mBrain, a personal intelligence system that keeps ownership of ideas with their creators, and mHive, an enterprise platform that helps organizations orchestrate data, systems, and teams as one connected ecosystem. Chris is a frequent voice on the future of AI and work, advocating for systems that keep humans in the loop and treat AI as a partner that amplifies expertise rather than replaces it. He holds a B.S. in International Business from Lynn University and remains deeply involved in the Maryland innovation community, mentoring teams and championing a future where AI is designed to serve humanity first, guided by his passion for making a difference and steering AI toward the support of humanity.
