1. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn 30% recurring lifetime commission on all active customer payments they refer.
- Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue received (after refunds, discounts, chargebacks, and applicable taxes).
- There is no cap on commissions, and payouts continue as long as the referred customer remains active and compliant.
2. Minimum Payout & Payment Terms
- The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Any amount below this will be rolled over to the next month.
- Payouts are made monthly, typically within the first 15 days of each month, via the chosen payment method (e.g., PayPal, Wise).
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and valid payout information.
3. Self-Referrals Are Strictly Prohibited
- You may not use your own affiliate link to refer yourself or your business.
- Any attempt to self-refer, create duplicate accounts, or manipulate referrals will result in immediate termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of commissions.
4. Policy Changes & Termination
Best of Web reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, including:
- Commission rates
- Payment schedule or thresholds
- Program eligibility and structure
Continued participation in the program after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account without notice for any breach of these terms, unethical behavior, spam, fraud, or brand misrepresentation.
5. Marketing Guidelines
- Affiliates may only promote Best of Web using approved brand assets and truthful, non-misleading messaging.
- You may not run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) using our brand name or impersonate Best of Web.
- We reserve the right to request removal of any promotional material we deem inappropriate or non-compliant.
6. Account Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your affiliate account.
- Ensure all tax and legal obligations in your jurisdiction are fulfilled for any earned commissions.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By joining and participating in the Best of Web Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not join or participate in the affiliate program.
